0. Terminology


1. Prohibition of CSAE


Chatters, operated by Line6 (the “App”), explicitly prohibits all forms of CSAE. Users must not encourage, depict, or imply any inappropriate conduct involving children. When CSAE is detected, Line6 will promptly remove and block such content and take appropriate actions in line with applicable laws and platform rules.

2. Prohibition of Grooming and Sexualization of Minors


  1. Sexual abuse of children

    • Threatening, depicting, praising, or supporting sexual abuse of children (including infants and real minors).
    • Providing guidance on sexual abuse, expressing intent to participate, acknowledging participation, or sharing related links.
    • Includes fictional depictions (art, AI-generated content, virtual characters, dolls, or human-like figures).
  2. Sexual content and depictions of sexual acts

    • Explicit sexual acts and oral sex where genitals or the anus are clearly visible.
    • Implied sexual intercourse or oral sex (including where direct contact is not shown but appears imminent).
    • Stimulation or emphasis of genitals or the anus; any sexual acts involving animals.
  3. Sexualized depictions of children

    • Content showing children with bondage or signs of sexual arousal, or in the presence of aroused adults.
    • Use of sex toys or tools for sexual stimulation; sexualized costumes; undressing scenes.
    • Settings suggestive of sexual intent (e.g., on a bed) or professional shooting styles (quality, focus, angle) used to sexualize.
    • Inclusion of by-products of sexual acts (e.g., bodily fluids).
    • Content that supports, promotes, or advocates pedophilia or encourages participation.
  4. Ban and response regarding CSAM

    • Absolute ban on possessing, including, or distributing CSAM.
    • Includes nude or sexualized images of real or fictitious children.
    • Content implying or inducing sexual contact with children is prohibited.
    • Upon discovery, Line6 will remove and block immediately and report in accordance with applicable law to the Korea Communications Standards Commission (KCSC) Internet Reporting Center (www.singo.or.kr, 1377) or relevant authorities.
  5. Prohibition of inappropriate conduct and facilitation targeting children

    • Arranging, planning, or soliciting sexual contact with children.
    • Intentionally exposing explicit sexual expressions to children.
    • Inducing children into private messages for sexual conversation or requesting sexual material.
    • Coercing sexual images through non-physical pressure (e.g., threats or intimidation).
  6. Ban on sexualized groups and profiles involving children

    • Operating or participating in groups, pages, or profiles created to sexualize real or fictitious children.
    • Sharing links to communities that sexualize children.
  7. Ban on images of child nudity

    • Images showing genitals or the anus (including through sheer clothing or blurred/obscured), or exposed female nipples.
    • Full undressing from neck to knees even if genitals/nipples are not visible.
    • Limited exceptions may apply to medical contexts or clearly non-sexualized artworks.
  8. Ban on child-abuse content without sexual elements

    • Content that supports, promotes, or advocates child abuse or encourages participation is prohibited.
    • Sharing videos or photos depicting real or fictional child abuse is prohibited (art, comics, films, or games may be reviewed case-by-case).

3. User Feedback and Reporting


Users can report inappropriate content or activity via in-app “Report/Contact” features or by email. Reports are promptly reviewed, and necessary actions (blocking, removal, account restriction) are taken without delay.

4. Actions on CSAM


When CSAM is discovered, Line6 will immediately remove and block such content and manage it in accordance with applicable laws and reporting obligations.

5. Legal Compliance and Self-Certification


Chatters complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. Confirmed CSAM will be reported to the Korea Communications Standards Commission (KCSC) at www.singo.or.kr.
