Refund Policy

At Line6, we strive to provide the best possible service and customer satisfaction. We understand that there might be situations where you may wish to request a refund. We've laid out our refund policy below to ensure transparency and ease of understanding. 14-Day Right to Cancel Purchase

For purchases processed by our payment partner Paddle, customers may cancel their agreement and request a refund within 14 days of purchase in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.


Full Refund

A full refund means receiving a 100% payment cancellation via the payment method used at the time of payment. You can directly apply for a full refund to the Line6 team within 14 days after the payment of the fee, if you have not used any of the services at all.

The criteria for a full refund are as follows:

If you meet all of these conditions, you are eligible for a full refund. If there is any usage within 14 days, only a partial refund is possible.

As soon as the refund process is completed by the Line6 team, you will be immediately transitioned from a premium user to a free user.


Partial Refund

A partial refund means receiving a refund for the remaining period after already using the service for a certain period.

As soon as the refund process is completed by the Line6 team, you will be immediately transitioned from a premium user to a free user.

Partial refunds are proportionate to the total purchase period, and individual refunds for partial features are not possible.

Partial Refund Amount

The refund amount is determined by the number of days you used the service within the payment period, up until the refund request date.

For refund requests submitted outside of business hours (weekdays, from 10:00 to 19:00), the refund amount is calculated based on the business day following the refund request as the refund request date.


Partial Refund for Monthly Subscriptions

The refund amount for monthly subscriptions is calculated by subtracting the amount (daily standard rate × number of days used) from the total payment made, then deducting a 10% cancellation fee from the result. Amounts are rounded down to the nearest whole unit.

Formula: [Total payment (actual amount paid) − (daily standard rate × number of days used)] × 0.9

💡 If you purchase a standard monthly subscription product on January 1, 2025 and request a refund on January 15, 2025
Refund amount = [(Total payment) − (daily standard rate × 15)] × 0.9


Partial Refund for Annual Subscriptions

Refund requests within 14 days of payment

For annual subscriptions, the refund amount is calculated by subtracting the amount (daily standard rate × number of days used (rounded up)) from the actual payment made, then deducting a 10% cancellation fee from the result. Amounts are rounded down to the nearest whole unit.

Formula: [Total payment (actual amount paid) − (daily standard rate × number of days used (rounded up))] × 0.9

💡 If you purchase a standard monthly subscription product on January 1, 2025 and request a refund on January 5, 2025
Refund amount = [(Total payment) − (daily standard rate × 5)] × 0.9

Refund requests after 15 days of payment

For annual subscriptions, the refund amount is calculated by subtracting the amount (monthly standard rate × number of months used (rounded up)) from the actual payment made, then deducting a 10% cancellation fee from the result. Amounts are rounded down to the nearest whole unit.

Formula: [Total payment (actual amount paid) − (monthly standard rate × number of months used (rounded up))] × 0.9

💡 If you purchase a standard monthly subscription product on January 1, 2025 and request a refund on January 20, 2025
Refund amount = [(Total payment) − (monthly standard rate × 1)] × 0.9


Partial Refund for Term Passes

Term Passes are handled under the same policy as annual subscriptions.
